What Should I Expect?
The social skills therapy group is designed to help children and adolescents develop essential prosocial skills and enhance their social-emotional competence.
The group will focus on teaching skills such as:
- forming and maintaining friendships
- managing aggression constructively
- navigating classroom challenges
- handling emotions effectively
Conducted in a small group setting, the therapy aims to create a supportive environment where participants can learn from both the structured curriculum and the interactions with their peers.
