Brynn King Earns National Honor the Sixth Time
The Woodlands, Texas native captured first place in the women's pole vault with a clearance of 4.60 meters (15-feet, 1-inch), further cementing her legacy as one of the most accomplished pole vaulters in NCAA Division II history. This marks King's second National Athlete of the Week recognition this season and sixth overall during her remarkable tenure at Roberts Wesleyan.
King's dominance in the event is reflected in the record books, where she currently holds the NCAA DII record with a height of 4.65m (15-3). Even more impressively, she owns 10 of the top 11 marks in Division II history, showcasing her consistent excellence in the discipline.
As the indoor track season reaches its pinnacle, King will head to Indianapolis in March with an opportunity to defend her NCAA championship and potentially add another chapter to her storied collegiate career.
