Stephanie Cicero is the Director of Library Services at Roberts Wesleyan University, where she leads strategic initiatives to strengthen student learning, faculty research, and campus-wide access to information. She brings expertise in library management, research instruction, integrated library systems, and data analysis, along with a proven ability to design and deliver instructional resources that support academic success.

Before stepping into this role, Stephanie served as Research and Instruction Librarian at Roberts, where she guided students in developing strong information literacy skills and supported faculty in integrating research into their teaching. Her background also includes experience in payroll management, risk analysis, and human resources, equipping her with exceptional skills in communication, accuracy, and organizational leadership.

Passionate about details, research, and empowering others, Stephanie is dedicated to advancing Roberts’ mission of Education for Character by cultivating an environment where students can grow intellectually, spiritually, and professionally.
