Profile
Karen Reber serves as the Field Education Director for both the Graduate School Psychology program and the Psy.D. Clinical/School Psychology program at Roberts Wesleyan University. In this role, she provides leadership and guidance to students navigating the practical and professional dimensions of their training. She also teaches as an adjunct in the Social Work Department, where she brings a compassionate, experience-informed perspective to the classroom.
Before joining Roberts, Karen worked as a clinical therapist at the Orleans County Mental Health Clinic, serving a diverse range of clients across multiple locations, including in-school settings. Her commitment to whole-person care—both as a clinician and educator—is reflected in her relational approach to mentoring future psychologists and social workers. Outside of her professional work, Karen values time with her family, which includes her husband (the men's soccer coach at Roberts), their three adult children, and a grandson who keeps life especially joyful.
