Jim Sheets has built a career around strengthening teams and driving strategic growth in higher education. With more than four years of leadership experience at Eastern Nazarene College, he oversaw the Traditional, Adult, and International Admissions Teams, combining team building, data-driven decision-making, and a deep respect for educational values. His work emphasized collaboration, accountability, and innovation—ensuring that admissions strategies directly supported institutional excellence and student success.

Now serving as Director of Graduate & Professional Studies Recruitment and Strategic Initiatives at Roberts Wesleyan University, Jim continues to foster a culture of academic integrity and achievement. He holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Eastern Nazarene College, along with a background in psychology. His leadership is grounded in a passion for education, student success, and organizational excellence.
