Gillian Buettner

Since joining Roberts Wesleyan University in 2021, Gillian Buettner has been a steady and supportive presence in the School of Nursing. She assists faculty and students with a wide range of needs, from proctoring exams and managing schedules to tracking academic progression and handling day-to-day questions. She also supports the school’s communication efforts by managing its social media accounts and coordinating other key administrative tasks.

A third-generation Roberts student, Gillian has been part of the Roberts community nearly her whole life—taking childhood music lessons on campus, later studying here herself, and continuing a family legacy rooted in this place. To her, Roberts has always felt like an extension of home.

Outside of work, Gillian enjoys reading, drawing, playing the flute and hammered dulcimer, moderating on Twitch, cheering for the Buffalo Bills, and spending time with family.
