Profile
Dr. Repass serves as Chairperson of the Undergraduate and Graduate Psychology Departments at Roberts Wesleyan University, where she has played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of psychology programs for over two decades.
A proud alumna of Roberts, she earned her B.S. in Elementary Education and Psychology before completing her M.A. and later her doctorate in School Psychology at Alfred University. Her professional background includes years as a practicing school psychologist and adjunct professor, followed by leadership in launching Roberts’ master's programs in School Psychology and School Counseling, and eventually co-developing the university’s first doctoral program in Clinical/School Psychology.
In addition to her academic leadership and teaching in the areas of professional practice and assessment, Dr. Repass remains actively engaged in the broader educational and psychological communities through memberships in NYASP, NASP, APA, and the NYS Trainer’s Forum. She received the Women of Excellence award in 2024.
Her dedication to both professional excellence and personal balance is reflected in her commitment to family, faith, and community, including service on her local school board.
