Profile
Carol Griswold is a seasoned nursing professional with deep expertise in nursing leadership, strategic planning, and program implementation. She has a special interest in cultural diversity and maternal-child health, with a particular focus on supporting teen pregnancy prevention and care.
She has shared her expertise on international stages, including as a speaker at the International School Nurse Conference in both England and Slovenia. Carol also presented a poster at the College of Midwives Conference in San Antonio, Texas, and has served as a guest lecturer at Nazareth College, the University of Rochester, and for Sigma Theta Tau audiences.
Carol is the author of a featured article in the Journal of School Nurses on the innovative Prenatal Care at School (PAS) Program, and continues to consult on its development. She also serves on the board of Epilepsy-Pralid Inc.

Outside of her professional life, Carol finds joy in family time, mission trips, dog rescue, and travel. She also serves her local congregation as a church elder, continuing to live out her values through service and compassion.
