The Office of Spiritual Life is hosting a Beloved Community Symposium comprising several events in honor of MLK Day and Black History Month. One of the events will involve a campus visit in mid-February by Dr. Drew Hart, who is a theology professor at Messiah University. In preparation of Dr. Hart’s campus visit, the College Resource Group for Race and Ethnicity (CRG-RE) is hosting a Roberts community book read for one of Dr. Hart’s books: Who Will Be a Witness? Igniting Activism for God's Justice, Love, and Deliverance

 The book read discussion will take place during Chapel on Monday, February 7th from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Students will be able to receive two Chapel credits for the event. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Dr. Sonnette Bascoe.

BASIC (Brothers and Sisters in Christ) is a small, student-led Bible study that provides a place for students to grow in their faith and enjoy fellowship with peers.

We meet weekly to explore scripture through readings and group discussion (snacks included)!
