How Do I Maximize My Financial Aid?

Submit your FAFSA!

The Financial Aid Process

Applying is the very first step in your financial aid process. Apply online here!

We can't provide you with a final financial aid offer letter if we don't have all of your information.

Apply for your FAFSA with our school code: 002805

We'll let you know within a few weeks of receiving all application materials if you have been accepted.

Your financial aid offer letter, which outlines your scholarships, grants, and loan opportunities, will be emailed to you.

You may accept your financial aid through your Financial Aid Portal.

You can also check the "To Do List and Financial Aid Messages" section in that portal to see if any documents are missing.

For detailed information, please view the financial aid section in the catalog.

As soon as you know that you'll attend Roberts, you can submit your deposit to secure your place!

Payment Options

All tuition and fees must be paid prior to the beginning of the term, except in cases where an extended payment plan has been arranged.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your financial aid eligibility may be impacted by your age and independence status. If you are under the age of 25, you may be considered a dependent of your parents for Federal financial aid purposes. Dependent students are required to provide certain parental information on the FAFSA, including income, which will be used to determine your financial aid eligibility and may result in reduced levels of aid. New York State also has separate guidelines for independence.
